PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device capable of preventing the generation of an abnormality of an internal circuit even if an adjustment terminal has conduction to a user electrode when the piezoelectric device is mounted to a substrate of an electronic apparatus, and to provide the electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric device has a structure in which a storage unit capable of receiving data inputted from the outside is provided in a package 30. The piezoelectric device is provided with: user terminals 38 on the substrate mounting surface 36 of the package 30; and an adjustment terminal 40 connected to the storage unit, wherein the user terminals 38 and the adjustment terminal 40 are provided so as to approximate to each other. When the piezoelectric device is mounted to the substrate, the user terminals 38 and the adjustment terminal 40 which are provided so as to be approximate to each other are brought into conduction to have the same potential.
