PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system which can reduce the number of ports used for performing information communication between substrates, and easily perform the information communication from a plurality of substrates to one substrate. SOLUTION: In the information communication system 10 which perform communication between a plurality of substrates which control respective function units of an electronic apparatus, a first substrate 1 and a second substrate 2 out of the plurality of the substrates prepare control units (3, 5) and serial/parallel converters (4, 6) which are connected to the control units (3, 5) so as to be able to perform serial communication, the serial/parallel converters (4, 6) of the respective substrates are connected to each other to be able to perform parallel communication, and the serial/parallel converter (4 or 6) of the first substrate 1 or the second substrate 2 is furthermore connected at least to a third substrate 7.
