PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the deterioration of heat dissipation efficiency and the deterioration of cushioning capability which result from nonuniform heat distribution in a heat storing medium. SOLUTION: One or a plurality of stirring devices 83 that do not substantially react with the heat storing medium 82 are immersed in the heat storing medium 82 in advance. Using a stirring flow created by a change in relative positions of the stirring devices 83 in the heat storing medium 82 during transportation, nonuniform heat in the heat storing medium 82 is eliminated.
