PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new suspension structure adding a damping function in the rolling direction to a function of a spring to restrain rolling of a vehicle body while dispensing from a stabilizer. SOLUTION: These electric attenuation devices 30L, 30R for a vehicle are constituted of a left electric motor 35L rotated by relative vertical motion of a left wheel 25L relative to the vehicle body 11, a right electric motor 35R rotated by relative vertical motion of a right wheel 25R relative to the vehicle body, a left displacement quantity detection part 80L to detect left displacement quantity when the left wheel displaces in the vertical direction relative to the vehicle body, a right displacement quantity detection part 80R to detect right displacement quantity when the right wheel displaces in the vertical direction relative to the vehicle body and a control part to drive and control the left and right electric motors in directions where they reversely rotate each other in accordance with a difference of the left and right displacement quantities.
