The present invention relates to a locking device for holding a length of linear flexible material under tension wherein the locking device comprises a lever locking element further comprising a locking means. More specifically, the invention relates to a locking device wherein one or more lengths of linear flexible material may be permanently attached to a main body element and at least one length of linear flexible material may be inserted through one or more grooves or tubes in the main body element allowing the lever locking element to engage the length of linear flexible material such that the length of linear flexible material may be placed under tension. |
