摘要

The objective of the Utility Model is to preserve the original and natural taste of Cardava and Saba Bananas by blast freezing and subsequent storing in a cooling facility. The process consists of blanching and peeling of fresh ripe Cardava or Saba banana and freezing it for one hour (1) hour. It is then packed into commercial and consumption packages and stored in cold storage facilities for ready market. It involves the process of producing ready to cook bananas by microwave or any other ways of cooking.
