An electric compressor integrated with an inverter in which installation workability of a coil component constituting an inverter device can be enhanced while increasing the strength and reducing the cost of an insulating member. The coil component for the inverter device is also provided. In an electric compressor (1) integrated with an inverter where an inverter housing section (11) is provided on the outer circumference of a housing (2) in order to house an inverter device (20) for supplying DC power while converting into three-phase AC power to an electric motor (9), a resin spacer member (26) having a shape molded to surround at least the lower portion of a coil component (22) constituting the inverter device (20) and securing an insulation distance between the coil component (22) and the inverter housing section (11) when the inverter device is installed in the inverter housing section (11) is provided and the coil component (22) is installed fixedly in the inverter housing section (11) through the resin spacer member (26).
