A heat pipe heat exchanger for transformer is provided to release the heat of the insulating oil and to maintain the temperature of the insulating oil with the fixed level. The heat pipe heat exchanger installed at one side of transformer is comprised of a plurality of heat sinks and plurality of heaters. The outer circumference of heater and the heat radiation fin emitting the heat are formed. The vaporized working fluid is transferred to the top to heater to radiate the heat through the heat radiation fin formed in the outer circumference of heater. Simultaneously, the vaporized working fluid passes through the liquefaction process.
