<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic transfer sheet with high anticounterfeit effect as well and a magnetic recording medium by its use. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic transfer sheet and the magnetic recording medium by its use having a peel-apart protection layer 4 on the support body 2, a rewritable thermal recording layer 6 whose transparency varies in a reversible manner with the temperature, an OVD forming layer 7 formed by a diffraction grating such as a hologram which enables different colors and image patterns depending on the observing angle and an optical multilayer interference film as a multilayer thin film or a cholesteric liquid crystal layer, and an OVD layer 5 comprised of a light reflection layer 8 which reflects the incoming light into the OVD forming layer 7, is characterized in that the peel-apart protection layer 4, the thermal recording layer 6, the OVD forming layer 7, the light reflection layer 8, and is overlaid with the magnetic recording layer 9, and the adhesive layer 10 in this order when viewed from the side of the support body 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
