PRODUCTION SCHEDULE PREPARATION METHOD AND SYSTEM THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a high-quality schedule for a production line including a process for lot sizing by preparing a schedule for respective processes and an overall schedule.

SOLUTION: This production schedule preparation method has: process schedulers 11-14 each preparing a process schedule of its own process; and an overall scheduler 20 preparing an overall schedule from the respective schedules. The process scheduler has: a process schedule preparation part 112 preparing the schedule of the own process from a restriction condition; and a process cost simulation part 114 calculating cost information of the prepared process schedule. The overall scheduler has: an overall schedule preparation part 201 preparing the overall schedule from the respective process schedules; an overall cost simulation part 202 calculating cost information related to work procedure efficiency of the prepared overall schedule; and a correction processing part (207, 111) creating a new restriction condition for correcting the respective process schedules from the cost information.
