PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy and efficient method for manufacturing an array particle-containing film including conductive particles arrayed on a single layer at array intervals of the order of microns in a resin film. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an array particle-containing film includes a step of arraying conductive particles 12 on a single layer in a resin film 24 formed of resin particles 22 by simultaneously atomizing, on a surface 40 to be processed: the conductive particles 12 which are blown out using one atomizing means 10 and to which electrostatic potential is applied by an electrostatic potential application means 30; and the resin particles 22 blown out using the other atomizing means 20.
