PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite multilayer film which has sufficient adhesive strength between aluminum foil and a polyolefin film, and excellent moisture-proof property and solvent resistance. SOLUTION: The composite multilayer film has a polyolefin based resin film (A) on one side surface of an aluminum layer (B) and a polyamide layer (C) on the other side surface. In the composite multilayer film, the polyolefin resin film (A) has an acid-modified polyolefin resin layer A-1, a crystalline propylene based polymer layer A-3, and a water-absorbing resin composition layer A-2 positioned between them, the layer (B) is laminated on the layer A-1, and the water-absorbing resin composition comprises (a) 100 pts.mass of the polyethylene based resin composition and (b) 5-200 pts.mass of the water-absorbing filler.
