PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a non-directional dynamic microphone which suppress vibrations due to external force to reduce vibration noise by a support structure for a microphone unit using an elastic member. SOLUTION: The non-directional microphone includes: the microphone unit 10 comprising a diaphragm 21, a permanent magnet 23 and a voice coil 25; and a head ring 12 provided to the microphone unit 10 for the support through the elastic member 50, wherein the microphone unit 10 is supported on the case 15 through the elastic member 50, and the elastic member 50 is interposed between an outer periphery of the microphone unit 10 and an inner peripheral surface of the case 15 at a position of intersection of a virtual plane in a direction passing the center of gravity of the microphone unit 10 and crossing a center axis at right angles to support the microphone unit 10 in the case 15.
