PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image sensing device capable of properly correcting exposure in conformity with a user preference. SOLUTION: An exposure correcting region is set in a through-image obtained through a CCD image sensor 102. When the exposure correcting region is set, the quantity of exposure correction in the exposure correcting region is computed according to the rate of the color signal of image data in the exposure correcting region. The quantity of exposure in photographing is determined on the basis of the computed quantity of exposure correction, and an aperture stop 101 and the CCD image sensor 102 are controlled according to the determined quantity of exposure for photographing.
