PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting device capable of emitting light under optimum conditions respectively from a plurality of organic light emitting elements which emit light of different colors from each other. SOLUTION: The organic light emitting device includes a substrate, and the plurality of the organic light emitting elements arranged on the substrate and emitting the light of the different colors from each other. The respective organic light emitting elements sequentially include a first electrode formed independently on each organic light emitting element, an organic function layer, and a light transmissive second electrode formed continuously by bridging the plurality of the organic light emitting elements, on the substrate. The organic light emitting device further includes a conductive layer formed between the substrate and the first electrode and electrically connected to the second electrode, and an insulating layer formed between the conductive layer and the first electrode.
