PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor unit for an air conditioner and an air conditioner, increasing the radiating capability of a radiator, reducing the radiation area of the radiator, and advantageous to reducing the size of the radiator. SOLUTION: This outdoor unit 10 includes: a compressor 200; a first condenser 310 and a second condenser 320, which condense a refrigerant compressed by the compressor 200; a driving source 400 for driving the compressor 200; the radiator 500; and a blowing element 600. A first air flow W1 exchanges heat with the first condenser 310. A second air flow W2 exchanges heat with the second condenser 320. The radiator 500 is disposed between the first condenser 310 and the second condenser 320, and configured to exchange heat in contact with the first air flow W1 and the second air flow W2.
