发明名称 ALLOY WITH HIGH ELASTICITY
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain compatibility between high strength and high elastic modulus with respect to a Co-Ni-based alloy having high elastic modulus, high strength, high corrosion resistance, high heat resistance and excellent plastic workability. SOLUTION: When plastic working such as cold rolling is applied to the Co-Ni-based alloy series, the alloy having high strength is obtained but elastic modulus is decreased. However, the elastic modulus can be increased by subjecting such a heavy worked material to heat treatment in a temperature region of 600 to 850°C for several tens minutes to several hours. By this method, the alloy having an elastic modulus exceeding 260 GPa can be obtained without impairing strength. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
