PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens cleaning device for reliably removing foreign matters deposited on a lens. SOLUTION: The lens cleaning device comprises a suction head 31 for holding the lens L while sucking its non-wiped face La, a head supporting means 33 for supporting the suction head 31, a wiping member 5 to be pushed against a wiped face Lb of the lens L for wiping foreign matters, a thrusting means 13 for holding the wiping member 5 and thrusting the wiping member 5 against the wiped face Lb of the lens, a support means 32 mounted on the head supporting means 33 in the state of abutting on the peripheral edge of the non-wiped face La for holding the lens L in wiped attitude against the thrust of the thrusting means 13, and a wiping operation means for performing wiping operation of the wiping member 5 relative to the lens L via the head supporting means 33 and the thrusting means 13.
