Root channel instrument has the blade (3). The blade has a positive angle of twist along the head (4) at area facing the peak of head and is provided with a negative angle of twist at the side facing the neck (2). The blade has zero degree angle of twist in the transient area of positive to negative angle of twist. The middle area of the head which is symmetrical to flame shaped head, is perpendicular to the axis of rotation.
