<p>The invention concerns a device for making annotations on a detachable or fixed backing on which annotations are to be made leaving said backing intact. When the backing is detachable, the device has an upper transparent, smooth film with closed pores for making annotations with drywipe markers and a back cover attached to the upper film leaving an inlet through which the backing is inserted, for example preprinted sheets or X-rays. When the backing is fixed, the device also has an assembly flap for attaching the said backing.</p> |
