In a microactuator device (34), a first junction plate (79) is displaced relatively with respect to a fixed plate (56) according to the expansion and contraction of a first piezoelectric element (59). The displacement of the first junction plate (79) is transmitted to a support plate (86) from a first coupling piece (84). The first coupling piece (84) provides driving force to the support plate (86). In like manner, a second coupling piece (85) provides driving force to the suppor plate (86) according to the expansion and contraction of a second piezoelectric element (67). The support plate (86) is displaced relatively with respect to the fixed plate (56). The support plate (86) can swing on a rotation axis perpendicular to one plane including the surface of the fixed plate (56). The first and second piezoelectric elements (59, 67) are freed from bending deformation.
