An organic electroluminescent display device can prevent the property and lifetime from being deteriorated by forming the protective layer between the electron injection hole and the second electrode into the metal compound. The thin film transistor is formed on the substrate(10). The semiconductor layer, gate insulating layer, gate electrode, interlayer insulating film, source electrode and drain electrode are included. The first electrode(140) and the second electrode(160) are electrically connected to the source electrode or the drain electrode of the thin film transistor. The organic compound is formed by the vacuum deposition between the first electrode and the second electrode. At least, the light-emitting layer(210) and electron injection hole(220) are included. The organic layer comprises the protective layer(225). |
