A system for monitoring a violation vehicle is provided to monitor a violation vehicle by using a plurality of cameras including a power supply device and a wireless communication device. A system for monitoring a violation vehicle includes a plurality of image photographing devices, an LED display panel, and a central server part(90). A plurality of image photographing devices includes a high resolution camera(41,51,61), an intelligent power source part, and a wireless communication part(42). The camera includes a lens having a fixed zoom and a focus. The central server part stores an image data, recognizes a vehicle number, and issues a violation notice bill. The wireless communication part transmits an image obtained from the high resolution camera to the central server by a wireless communication unit. The intelligent power source part(43,53,63) supplies a power source to the image photographing device by using a solar cell panel. |
