<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a candidate display device and method, allowing reduction of in the operation load on the part of the user. <P>SOLUTION: A cellphone terminal has a content input part inputting a content; a specific expression extraction part for extracting specific expression from the content; a relevance degree calculating part for calculating a relevance degree showing height of relevance between the extracted specific expression and the other specific expression or a keyword included in the content; an association information storing part for associating and storing the specific expression, the other specific expression or the keyword, and the relevance degree; and a menu display part for displaying the other specific expression or the keyword on a display device, and displaying the specific expression, associated with the other specific expression or the keyword on the display as a selection candidate, in the order of higher degree of relevance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
