PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make clear the tolerance of an insertion length of a pipe which enables an electrofusion joint to be normally executed to the pipe, and to allow the adjustment of the installation position of the electrofusion joint within an allowable width.
SOLUTION: The marking jig of the pipe connected to the electrofusion joint consists of a body 41 and a contact part 42. The electrofusion joint has an receiving inlet which is provided with a melting part, and an electric heat wire is buried on the inner peripheral surface of the receiving inlet. Then, non-melting parts are provided to the recess side of the melting part and to the entrance side of the receiving inlet. The body 41 is placed along the outer peripheral surface of the pipe inserted to the receiving inlet, and the contact part 42 is brought into contact with the end part of the pipe. The marking jig 4 used for the body 41 has an opening 43 which penetrates the body 41 at a position with a distance for maximum insertion and minimum insertion of the pipe to the receiving inlet from the contact part 42.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
|
