<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit that actually utilizes a load connectable to a power supply. <P>SOLUTION: The circuit 200 includes a plurality of three-terminal switches 215 and one control supply 252. The plurality of three-terminal switches 215 define conductive paths 250 in series connectable between the power supply 210 and load 205. Each of the plurality of three-terminal switches 215 includes a source terminal 235, a drain terminal 240, and a gate terminal 245. The control supply 252 generates control voltage and is in electrical connection between each gate terminal and each source terminal of the plurality of three-terminal switches. Each of the plurality of three-terminal switches 215 opens/closes each connection section 255 between each of the source terminals 235 and each of the drain terminals 240 in the plurality of three-terminal switches in response to a control voltage at each of the gate terminals 245. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
