PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily accelerate start-up while reducing standby power consumption. SOLUTION: A power ON button 11A is operated by a user when shifting from a standby mode to a start-up mode. A communication part 34 transmits a sensor detection signal as a start-up indication signal for indicating the shift to the start-up mode when operation of shifting from the standby mode to the start-up mode is carried out with respect to the power ON button 11A. A motion acceleration sensor 31 detects an acceleration value of a remote commander 11 which can be detected before the operation of shifting from the standby mode to the start-up mode is carried out. A micro controller 33 determines whether or not the operation of shifting from the standby mode to the start-up mode can be carried out based on the acceleration value. When the micro controller 33 determines that it can be, the communication part 34 transmits the sensor detection signal as a standby mode switch indication signal which indicates the shift to an active standby.
