PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method to invert a core direction in a ferromagnetic dot which is composed of disk-shaped ferromagnetic material and has magnetic structure to be magnetic vortex structure. SOLUTION: Pulse currents having the length nearly equal to a half of cycle of a resonance frequency of the ferromagnetic dot are supplied to the radial direction of the ferromagnetic dot more than once. Each pulse current is preferable to be supplied alternately from both end parts of the ferromagnetic dot in the radial direction. Damage to elements is prevented since the core can be inverted with comparatively lower current density by supplying the pulse currents more than once.
