PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management device for turning over and browsing data by the page unit like an actual book by achieving visually understandable operability. SOLUTION: Electronic mail having at least header information, attachment file, and mail text data is received from a mail server device, and information described in at least a portion of the header information or the mail text data is extracted as a data distribution parameter, and the storage destination of the storage part corresponding to the data distribution parameter is designated as the storage destination of the attachment file and the mail text data, and information described in at least a portion of the header information or the mail text data is extracted as a layout parameter, and page data are created by performing the layout of the attachment file and the mail text data according to a layout format corresponding to the layout parameter, and stored in the designated storage destination.
