PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head-up display device capable of reducing noise from a housing as far as possible during driving a driven member. SOLUTION: This head-up display device includes a concave mirror 41 which reflects display light L from a display device 22, a retaining member 42 which retains the concave mirror 41, a position adjusting means 43 which adjusts an angle position of the retaining member 42, and a housing 50 which houses the above parts. A metallic support body 62 which is located in the housing 50 to support a stepping motor 61a is provided in the position adjusting means 43, and the display light L reflected by the concave mirror 41 is projected to a projection member 13 through an emitting section 54 formed in the housing 50 so as to display an image. A damping member 66 which damps oscillation caused by driving the stepping motor 61a during moving from the support body 62 to the housing 50 is also provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
