PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the acceleration of mixing of cold air and warm air while suppressing the increase of ventilation resistance. SOLUTION: A tunnel-like door-side guide member 21 extending perpendicularly to a rotary shaft 19a along a blocking surface 19d is disposed on the blocking surface 19d which is one of both plate surfaces of a plate door section 19b of an air mix door 19, which is located on the side where a cold air bypass passage 16 is closed; a cold air inlet 21a for introducing cold air passed through the cold air bypass passage 16 into the door-side guide member 21 is formed at an end portion, opposite to the rotary shaft 19a, of the door-side guide member 21; a warm air inlet 21b for introducing warm air passed through a warm air passage 17 into the door-side guide member 21 is formed at an end portion, on the side of the rotary shaft 19a, of the door-side guide member 21; and an air outlet opening 21c for letting out both of cold air introduced into the door-side guide member 21 from the cold water inlet 21a and warm air introduced into the door-side guide member 21 from the warm air inlet 21b toward a mixing chamber 18 is formed at a lengthwise intermediate portion of the door-side guide member 21.
