PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balcony underfloor ventilation structure capable of efficiently providing ventilation. SOLUTION: This balcony underfloor ventilation structure provides the ventilation of a space S between a floor section 3 of a balcony unit 2 of a building 1 with a balcony and a ceiling section 4 on the first floor. An edge-of-eaves-side air vent 6 communicating with the space S is provided in a wall section 5 which is positioned between the floor section 3 of the balcony unit 2 and the ceiling section on the first floor. A habitable room-side air vent 8 communicating with the space S is provided in a joint between the floor section 3 of the balcony unit 2 and the an exterior wall section 7 of a habitable room, adjacent to the balcony unit 2.
