PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fully mature a fruit by widening a region surrounded by pressing a plurality of plates to thicken the fruit even after the fruit is thickened to saturate the region in a device for carrying out molding cultivation for thickening the fruit in the region surrounded by the plurality of the pressing plates. SOLUTION: The device for molding cultivation of the fruit allows the region surrounded by the pressing plates to be expanded by moving supporting parts in a direction for drawing back the supporting parts from the fruit by forming the outer periphery of the pressing plates of the device for molding cultivation into an opened state, and supporting the back surfaces of the surfaces facing the fruit with a plurality of the supporting parts.
