A moving device is provided to facilitate using the moving device through a stepper mode and obtain the effect of exercise or rehabilitation treatment by mounting various functions and obtain exercise hours or quantity of motion. A moving device comprises: a vertical axis including a steering wheel(12) and a front-wheel(18); a horizontal axis installed in order to be contacted to the vertical axis; and a power transmission unit installed at a body formed in the backend of the horizontal axis. In the horizontal axis, a first horizontal axis(20a) is inserted into a second horizontal axis(20b) and the length of the horizontal axis is adjusted. A storage space is formed on the top of the body. A switching unit for the storage space is formed in the moving device.
