A character generation system through moving picture synthesis for creating profit through an internet service connected with a mobbing picture and a character generation studio is provided to manufacture various contents of the user by utilizing personal homepage, a UCC(User Created Contents) and a mobile phone. A plurality of images supported as the background is stored in a background image storage. A video processing part extracts the image of the subject from a photographed moving picture. An image edit part(420) inserts various special effects and edits NG scenes by confirming manufactured moving picture. An image compaction part(430) converts the manufactured images into the compacted file. A synthesis video file(510) is delivered to the image output unit(440) among the compacted file. A subject image character file(520) is transmitted to a dedicated web server through the internet network.
