<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microbubble sprayer capable of spraying microbubbles uniformly from individual nozzle holes. <P>SOLUTION: The shower head 4 is composed of a shower head body 4A into which a pressurized liquid pressure-dissolving a gas is introduced, a fixed iris diaphragm 4a (the first restrictor) arranged in the connected part of the hose of the shower head body 4A and allowing a gas to generate by decompressing the pressurized liquid introduced so as to produce microbubbles and two or more nozzle holes 42 (the second restrictor) arranged in the head portion 4B at the tip of the shower head and spraying, out of the shower head, a liquid introduced from the fixed iris diaphragm 4a and containing microbubbles.
