<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a nurse to properly implement a nursing service also in response to an unexpected nurse call. <P>SOLUTION: This nursing service management system is configured to specify a nurse service performed by a service specification part 35 from use history information of an object created on an object use history storage part 33 based on object ID read from a tag device 1, and to collate the specified nursing service with nursing service schedule information by a service collation part 38, and to decide whether or not any unexpected nurse service which is not included in the nursing task schedule information is provided, and to, when it is determined that the unexpected nursing service is provided, change the nursing service schedule information of a schedule storage part 37 by a schedule changing part 39. Thus, when it is determined that any unexpected nurse service is provided in response to a nurse call, the nursing service schedule information can be properly changed in consideration of a time when the unexpected nursing service is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
