PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board case that does not upsize greatly even if storing not less than two boards having a heater element each, and to provide a game machine having the board case. SOLUTION: A partition wall 98 is provided, which partitions the portion between a first board cooling air passage 11 in which first board cooling air for cooling a first board 71 circulates and a second one 12 in which second board cooling air for cooling a second board 72 circulates to prevent the first board cooling air from mixing with the second board cooling air mutually, thus preventing rise in the temperature of the first board cooling air caused by the mixing of the second board cooling air in advance and hence preventing the first board cooling air for cooling a graphic LSI71A of a first board 71 from rising higher than desired temperature, and dispensing with upsizing a blower 86 or extending the blower and hence miniaturizing the board case 70.
