PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet irradiation device capable of certainly setting a range becoming the light receiving target of light to a target radiating light upon the reception of ultraviolet rays, and an ultraviolet irradiation system equipped with it. SOLUTION: The guide light 58 emitted from a guide light source 38 passes through a collimation lens 64 to enter a dichroic mirror 66. Then, the guide light 58 propagates through the same optical route as exciting ultraviolet rays 50 in the same direction to irradiate the target TG. A user can visually confirms the measuring target range of an ultraviolet curable resin on the basis of the projection image of the guide light 58 corresponding to the irradiation area of the exciting ultraviolet rays 50.
