PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an simple- and easy-to-manufacture lamination-type connecting rod assembly capable of reducing influences of warpage occurring for every lamination part after pressing. SOLUTION: A laminate body 2 is made by laminating plate-like lamination parts 2A-2D having a large end portion 2a, a small end portion 2b and a rod portion 2c, respectively. This connecting rod assembly 1 has a pair of annular parts 3, 4 pressure-fitted in fitting holes 2aa, 2ba of the large end portion 2a and the small end portion 2b provided to the laminate body 2. The outer shapes of the lamination parts 2A-2D are punched by press processing, and warpage occurs together with press processing. A half of the lamination parts 2A, 2B laminated to each other are aligned so that warpage concave face are identical, and the other half of the parts 2C, 2D are aligned so that the warpage concave faces are opposite to the first half.
