<p>A call controlling method, base station subsystem and user terminal are used to control the group calling user accessing the group calling cell by precedence. The method comprises: receiving reselection parameter information of the adjacent cells from the base station subsystem when it is at group calling state, the reselection parameter information of group calling region cell and/or non-group calling region cell among the said adjacent cells including preset offset information, the said offset information causing the reselection indication information calculated based on the reselection parameter information of the said group calling region cell greater than the reselection indication information of the said non-group calling region cell at the same network condition, calculating the reselection indication information of the said adjacent cell based on the reselection parameter information of the said adjacent cell, determining the target cell to access based on the calculated reselection indication information of the said adjacent cells, accessing the said target cell. A base station subsystem and a user terminal are also provided.</p> |
