According to a constriction condition of a parallel operation device in which data is registered in advance, a data processing device extracts a loop structure from a state transition graph structure of single hierarchy of the inputted object code and converts the state transition graph containing a loop structure into a state transition of other hierarchy to be outputted as a new object code.
