<p>An absorption type water chiller/heater system is provided to recover a liquid level to a normal level in short time by operating an absorption liquid pump at high speed in the case of temporal liquid level decrease, thereby preventing alarm from being generated or operation of the system from being stopped erroneously by the temporal liquid level decrease. An absorption type water chiller/heater system includes a level detector(30) for detecting an absorption liquid surface of a high temperature regenerator(1), an absorption liquid pump(12) for sending weak absorption liquid of an absorber(6) to the high temperature regenerator, and a controller(33) for controlling the operation of the absorption liquid pump based on the detection result of the level detector. When the level detector detects a predetermined lowest level, the absorption liquid pump is driven at a high speed for a predetermined time for increasing an absorption liquid amount sent to the high temperature regenerator. The system alarms or stops when the level of the absorption liquid is lower than the low limit.</p> |
