An electrode assembly is provided to prevent damage of a positive electrode and negative electrode substrates and to improve the safety by welding a positive electrode plate and a positive electrode tab or a negative electrode plate and a negative electrode tab by using a high frequency induction heating method. An electrode assembly(10) is laminated and wound with a positive electrode plate attached with a positive electrode tab(21), a negative electrode plate(30) attached with a negative electrode tab(31), and a separator(40). The positive electrode plate and positive electrode tab and/or the negative electrode plate and negative electrode tab form junction surface in which the whole welding part welded. The junction surface is formed by using a high frequency induction heating method.
