<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing green leaf juice powder, having green leaf juice at a spray-dry supply liquid temperature of -5 to 13°C, and then spray-drying the supplied green leaf juice, by which the green leaf juice powder can be obtained, with reduced loss of low-boiling ingredients contained in the green leaf juice, and with less loss of green color. <P>SOLUTION: In this method for producing the green leaf juice powder by spray-drying the green leaf juice at a spray-drying supply juice temperature of -5 to 13°C, the green leaf juice powder is obtained in a state of slightly losing the low-boiling ingredients contained in the green leaf juice and also in a state of slightly losing the green color. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
