<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma torch device and a return-ore treatment method using plasma. <P>SOLUTION: The plasma torch device is provided with a device body part, an electrode part fitted at the device body part and generating plasma through discharge, a gas twisting means structured by including a body-integrated type gas channel and a cooling water channel for supplying gas to the electrode part side and cooling the device fitted at the device body part, respectively, as well as arranged around a periphery of the electrode part and provided so as to prevent wear of the electrode part by twisting the supplying gas, and further, a magnet means provided so as to improve torch efficiency by adjusting flow of electrons. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
