<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter for transflective liquid crystal display device, capable of performing high-quality color display by adjusting visibility of color in a reflecting light area, and a liquid crystal display device. <P>SOLUTION: In the color filter for transflective liquid crystal display device, a colored layer of the reflecting light area and a colored layer of a transmitted light area are formed of the same material, and a transparent resin used as the material of an optical path difference adjustment layer includes a coloring material having a function of correcting the spectrum of a light source of the reflecting light area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
