<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a liquid vegetable active agent such as a foliar application agent or a hydroponic culture liquid fertilizer capable of exhibiting the same fertilizer effect as bat-guano which has conventionally no problem. <P>SOLUTION: The preparation method of the guano dissolved liquid for plant is carried out by dissolving the guano in an acidic solution and taking out a liquid portion from the guano dissolved liquid. In such a case, the liquid portion can be taken out by settling a solid material in the guano dissolved liquid. The acidity of the guano dissolved liquid can be diluted by a neutralizing liquid.
