<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell module that achieves a more uniform temperature distribution inside a module. <P>SOLUTION: Inside an internal container 107, fuel cell stacks 101 are arranged on the lower side (on the ground side) while a burner 106, a reformer 102, a fuel preheater 105, a water-vapor generator 104, and an air preheater 103 are arranged thereabove.
