<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically delete a vehicle, which can not be dispatched according to instructions, from data or to automatically delete the data and the vehicle selected by an operator in an automatic dispatch system in a communication control system. <P>SOLUTION: A command means automatically deletes from a dispatch system table an undispatched vehicle that can not be dispatched within a designated allowable time, for example, ten minutes after a dispatch command was issued. In this processing, when there is only one vehicle is not dispatched, the vehicle is automatically deleted as it is, and further, when a plurality of vehicles are not dispatched and corresponding data including the undispatched vehicles, the vehicle and the data are deleted according to a selection instruction from the operator.
